Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and shortlist potential vendors through a request for quotation (RFQ).
• Evaluate the vendors based on your selection criteria.
• Judge the vendor's reputation, delivery capacity, track record, and communication ability
• Set up payment and logistics channels.
• Prepare for an eventuality where the vendor is unable to supply goods or services on time, causing disruptions in operations.
• Observe the quality and volume of goods, ease of communication, and grievance redressal experience.
• Eliminate the risk of compliance breaches.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AI data collection sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Previous vendor management experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with organizational proficiency.
• Familiarity with risk management principles.
• 1-2 years of experience.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
