You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.Key Responsibilities:1) Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
2) Digital Marketing:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast). Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to create engaging and informative content.
Social Media Management: Manage and enhance the company's social media presence across all digital channels.
Website Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring its alignment with marketing strategies and goals.
SEO and SEM: Optimize content and landing pages for search engine marketing. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Use analytics tools to understand customer experience and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
3) Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the companys brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Organize and participate in events, webinars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, SEMrush, etc.), and web development tools (e.g., HTML, CSS). Canva, Figma, Design & Editing
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the Fintech industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a high-growth Fintech or tech company.
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
