The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. They play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. Here's an outline of the key responsibilities, skills, and qualifications for this role:
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
Create engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital channels.
Design content for Standees, Kiosk related materials etc.
Optimize content for the official website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
Improve the visibility of the website through various SEO techniques.
Develop email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
Use email automation tools to enhance the efficiency of email campaigns.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Use data from web analytics and reports to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.
Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media ads.
Monitor and analyze ad performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Key Skills: Technical Skills:
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital marketing platforms.
Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decisions.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
