We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Delhi.


The ideal candidate will have over 2+ years of experience in SMO and a passion for social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SMO strategies to enhance Mobiloitte's online presence and brand awareness.
• Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, metrics, and insights to improve engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive relationships with followers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
• Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants, and how each
• platform can be deployed in different scenarios. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
