Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Strategy & Execution:
• Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business objectives.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and aesthetics across all social media channels.
2. Content Creation & Management:
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to produce visually appealing posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Write captions, blogs, and other social copy tailored to each platform's audience.
• Maintain an organized content calendar for timely delivery of posts.
3. Engagement & Community Management:
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms to foster community engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations.
• Engage with audience feedback and address queries professionally.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign success.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategies based on data-driven results.
5. Trend Analysis & Competitor Research:
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry benchmarks and best practices.
6. Campaigns & Collaborations:
• Assist in designing and executing social media ad campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Coordinate cross-functional campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of design and multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Team player with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with paid advertising on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads.
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization for web and social media.
