We are looking for a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, with proven experience in driving online traffic, increasing brand awareness, and executing successful digital campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking to ensure the growth and success of our digital marketing initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Define target audiences and create content strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty.
• Organize webinars, podcasts, and other virtual events to engage audiences and establish thought leadership.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and overall online presence to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Create and curate compelling content, including posts, videos, blogs, and infographics, to engage and inform audiences.
• Monitor social media trends, track user feedback, and analyze engagement metrics to adjust strategies and improve performance.
• Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer retention strategies.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand brand visibility and reach.
• Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in digital marketing.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling, audience-focused content.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess campaign performance and refine strategies.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing automation tools.
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint certifications are highly desirable.
