Overview:
We're seeking a Pilot Recruiting Lead Generation Specialist skilled in data scraping, contact mining, and multi-channel outreach to drive lead generation for pilot recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience with platforms like LinkedIn, SignalHire, and Climbto350, as well as a solid background in email, SMS, and social media outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Scraping & Data Collection
Use tools (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium) to automate data scraping on LinkedIn, SignalHire, and industry-specific sites.
Define filters and extract qualified pilot profiles based on job title, skills, and location.
Contact Mining & Enrichment
Enrich data using tools like Clearbit and Lusha to gather emails, phone numbers, and social profiles.
Validate and organize contacts to ensure high-quality data.
Multi-Channel Outreach
Develop and execute automated outreach campaigns through email, SMS, and LinkedIn messaging.
Use tools like MixMax and Twilio for cold campaigns, monitoring performance to optimize messaging.
Tracking & Optimization
Track engagement metrics, perform A/B testing, and continuously refine campaigns.
Report insights to improve response rates and candidate quality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in web scraping, contact mining, and lead generation.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms.
Strong communication skills for personalized outreach across multiple channels.
