KEY SKILLS

4+ years of experience in hardcore digital marketing, preferably in Ayurveda, health, or e-commerce sectors.

Proven expertise in

Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, SEO, and Performance Marketing

. Strong knowledge of

social media marketing strategies and content engagement techniques

. Hands-on experience with

email marketing automation tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot

. Proficiency in

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and A/B testing methodologies

. Exceptional ability to

analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights

. Experience in handling

6-figure ad budgets

with high ROAS. Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling ad copies. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute

high-converting marketing campaigns

across multiple digital channels including

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

. Implement data-driven

SEO strategies

to enhance organic reach and SERP rankings. Create and manage

email marketing campaigns, funnels, and retargeting strategies

. Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and ad campaigns. Analyse data using

Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools

to measure performance and optimize campaigns. Leverage influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and brand collaborations to expand reach. Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies for

website and landing pages

. Plan and execute viral campaigns to increase engagement and brand loyalty. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CTR, CAC, and LTV. Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital marketing.
