We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and compelling content across various digital channels. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence through blogs, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Develop original, high-quality content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and digital campaigns that align with our brand voice.
• Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and social media promotions.
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) while maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
• SEO Optimization: Write SEO-friendly content that improves search engine rankings, using targeted keywords and optimized headlines and descriptions.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone, voice, and messaging, maintaining consistency across all channels.
• Content Calendar Management: Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery and coordination of content across all platforms.
• Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, content creation, and social media to propose innovative ideas for audience engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance metrics, such as engagement, traffic, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to refine content strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design, SEO, and marketing teams to create visually appealing and effective content that aligns with overall marketing goals.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience in writing, editing, and creating content for digital platforms, including blogs and social media.
• Proficiency in SEO principles and experience using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or HubSpot.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to refine content strategies based on performance.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
• Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or other content scheduling platforms.
• Understanding of Google Analytics, social media insights, or other analytics tools.
• Knowledge of various content formats, including video, infographics, and podcasts.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas that resonate with the audience.
