Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) : We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team and assist in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads campaigns. Develop and execute Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad targeting and reach the right audience. Write compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals to maximize ad performance and click-through rates. Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust campaign strategies to improve ROI and performance. A/B test ad creatives, targeting options, and ad placements to identify the most effective strategies. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, including changes to ad platforms and algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to develop ad creatives and landing pages. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Continuously learn and expand knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
