A leading global organization renowned for its commitment to enhancing customer experiences and driving success through innovative solutions.Responsibilities: * Monitoring and optimizing email campaigns and customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to automations and data synchronization.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external support to address complex issues.
  • Generating and presenting reports on campaign performance and insights.
  • Ensuring smooth execution and proactive problem-solving throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation or as a marketing analyst.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools (HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
