This individual is expected to oversee multiple aspects of digital marketing specifically campaigns throughout the entire lifespan of our service offerings.As the Marketing Manager of our company, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all marketing activities to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our multiple projects. Your role will encompass both strategic planning and hands-on execution to achieve our marketing objectives.The individual is expected to have a great deal of responsibilities early on and will be required to manage their time and duties themselves.Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:
• Create comprehensive marketing strategies
• aligned with the company\'s goals and target market. Identify key marketing channels
• and tactics to reach our customer base effectively.

Product Marketing:

• Work closely with the product team to understand software

• products and features thoroughly. Develop compelling product messaging, positioning,
• and go-to-market plans for new and existing offerings.

Digital Marketing:

• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization,
• SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
• Content Creation: Drive the creation of engaging and relevant content, such as blogs,
• whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to attract prospects and support sales efforts.
• Lead Generation and Nurturing: Implement lead generation strategies to capture and
• nurture potential customers throughout the sales funnel.

Brand Management:

• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications.
• Maintain a positive brand image and reputation in the market.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer
• needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to allocate resources efficiently and maximize ROI.

Collaborate with Sales:

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with their needs, provide sales enablement materials, and support lead conversion.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and
• results-driven environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Head in a software/technology company.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that led to business growth.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

• Creativity and a passion for technology and software products.
