Roles & Responsibilities

Client Delivery Management

• Ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
• Act as the main point of contact, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Conduct meetings to review progress and gather feedback.
• Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Content Creation and Management

• Research trends and preferences to create engaging content.
• Manage a content calendar for consistent publication.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Engage with the audience to build a community.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.

Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies

• Conduct market research and develop buyer personas.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends.
• Experiment with new channels and tactics for audience engagement.

Social Media Management

• Create and curate engaging content aligned with the brand voice.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads.
• Engage with followers and foster a sense of community.
• Collaborate with influencers and other brands.
• Adjust strategies based on platform algorithm changes.

Analytics and Reporting

• Set up and maintain tracking systems for campaign data.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Present findings to stakeholders clearly.
• Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite) are highly desirable.

Experience

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, including campaign development and management.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
