The Role:

Are you a passionate recent graduate with a fire for marketing and a desire to make a positive impact? Lumos Learning, a leading provider of personalized learning solutions for K-12 students, is seeking two energetic Marketing Associates to join our dynamic team!

In this fast-paced role, you'll gain hands-on experience across various marketing channels, playing a key role in driving brand awareness and sales for our educational resources. You'll work alongside a passionate team dedicated to empowering students, while developing your skills in content creation, social media management, and campaign execution.

What You'll Do:

• Executing Paid Ads Campaigns : Take charge of your assigned U.S. territories, managing Amazon Ads campaigns for our popular workbooks. This includes keyword research, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and A/B testing to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and SEO-optimized blog content designed to inform and empower K-12 parents on their child's educational journey.
• Social Media Engagement: Craft compelling content for our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and LinkedIn) to connect with parents and teachers, fostering brand awareness and community engagement.
• Design Collaboration: Partner with our design agency to produce eye-catching graphics and videos that elevate our marketing materials.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute captivating email campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Possesses a creative flair for design and innovative thinking.
• Boasts excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Embraces a collaborative spirit and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Has a basic understanding of marketing tools like Canva, Excel, and social media platforms.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
