Key job responsibilities
• Perform marketing operations to enhance the visibility of content across digital platforms.
• Quickly understand and effectively utilize marketing and operation workflow tools.
• Continuously adapt to and learn new features of the marketing programs.
• Edit and fix content efficiently, following established Standard Operating Procedures to spot and correct errors.
• Monitor and be aware of key operations metrics such as productivity (number of titles processed per hour), quality (defect percentage), and delivery/latency Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure compliance with these metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, team goals, and personal goals.
• Be accountable for meeting performance standards and contributing to team objectives.
• Collaborate as a team player, suggesting improvement ideas to direct reports to enhance the marketing processes.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss process improvements and implement changes as needed.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes.
• Self-starter and good team player.
• Strong attention to detail when editing content, with the ability to deep dive and identify root causes of issues.
• Proficient in problem-solving, data analysis, and troubleshooting issues.
• Good interpersonal skills to manage ongoing relationships with software and inter-operations teams.
• Working knowledge of XML standards, SQL and basic automation tools such as Python/Selenium are added advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in the publishing/b2b & b2c marketing industry, as well as familiarity with QuickSight, Adobe, Sprinklr, Marketo, and Photoshop, are significant advantages.
