Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Assist in the creation, scheduling, and optimization of content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging posts, stories, videos, and graphics tailored to different social media channels.

Community Engagement:

Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help foster a positive online community.

Campaign Support:

Assist with the execution of social media campaigns, including research, planning, and reporting on key metrics.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance across social media channels and assist in generating reports on metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and content creators, to ensure a cohesive social media strategy.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A keen eye for detail and creativity in content creation. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Previous experience in digital marketing or social media (internships or freelance work welcome). Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights) is a plus. A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and marketing strategies.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
