ob Overview:
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to oversee our company's digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing efforts to ensure our brand remains strong and competitive in the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities.
• Manage Digital Campaigns: Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including search engines, social media, email, and content marketing.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Perform SEO and SEM efforts to increase organic traffic and manage PPC campaigns.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and create compelling content that engages our target audience.
• Social Media Management: Manage and improve the company's social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Skills:
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Experienced in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Certifications: Google Analytics and Google AdWords certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with web design and development.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
• Knowledge of CRM tools like Sal
