Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Assistant with expertise in SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content creation. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing strategies, thinking of innovative concepts, and creating engaging social media reels and designs using Canva. This role requires the ability to work autonomously and manage various digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

- Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).

- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms to engage and grow the audience.

- Generate creative concepts and digital marketing strategies tailored to the brand's needs.

- Create visually appealing content, including reels and designs, using Canva.

- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to assess ROI and optimize strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the brand's online presence.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

- Manage multiple campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery of results.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

- Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.

- Strong knowledge of Canva and reel creation for social media.

- Ability to think creatively and come up with fresh concepts for digital campaigns.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.

- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools is a plus.

- Familiarity with online marketing trends and social media algorithms.

Pay: ?100,902.57 - ?303,782.96 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
