Job description
Role & responsibilities
• Partnership Development : Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and distributors for online product sales.
• Coordination : Work with sellers and internal teams to manage inventory listings, website maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Market Research : Identify top suppliers and establish relationships.
• Ad Revenue & Campaign Support : Generate advertisement revenue and assist in planning marketing campaign content for clients.
• Customer Service : Handle customer queries via email, call, and chat as needed.
• Digital Promotions : Assist in digital marketing activities like email campaigns, social media, and banner ads, including support for relevant exhibitions.
• Lead Generation : Target specific countries to generate leads using online tools.
• Database Maintenance : Keep customer records up-to-date.
• Industry Events : Attend exhibitions and, if required, travel for meetings and events.
Preferred candidate profile
• Education : Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Experience : 1-2 years in Marketing or a similar role.
• Skills : Excellent communication, strong organizational and time-management abilities, creativity, and commercial awareness.
