Day-to-day running of sales campaigns across multiple channels and developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customers, key accounts.
Innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns, measuring and reporting the performance of digital campaigns, improving the company's social media presence, and identifying trends to optimize spending based on insights.
Should be a performance marketer and able to work individually and delegate tasks to the support or office staff to drive our marketing strategy and operations.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and ensure that sales promotions are inline and comply with company policies and guidelines.
Ultimately, a top-performing sales lead should be able to achieve sales targets and maintaining key customer accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to increase sales - service works customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Manage end-to-end campaign planning, implementation, and optimization across digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
• Utilize data-driven insights to analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and strategies.
• Stay up to date about the industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with external agencies and vendors to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Requirements :
• Bachelors / Masters Degree .
Campaign Management: 1 year (Minimum ) | Sales: 1 year ( Minimum )
• 4- 8 Years experience as Digital Marketer - Performance marketing with a focus on sales development and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.
• Proficient in using analytics tools and platforms to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working in the technology or mobility industry is preferred.
