The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing data-driven campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Content, Social Media, Creative, and E-commerce) to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with our brand strategy and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support:
• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, ROAS, etc.) to provide insights and recommendations for improvements
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Work with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to track campaign performance and audience insights.
• Prepare regular performance reports, identify trends, and assist in the development of strategies to maximize results.
Keyword Research & SEO:
• Support ongoing keyword research and content optimization efforts in collaboration with the SEO team.
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure web pages and blog posts are optimized for search visibility.
Budget Management:
• Help maintain campaign budgets and monitor spend to stay within approved limits.
• Provide regular updates to the marketing manager on budget allocation and forecasted performance.
Collaborative Execution:
• Work with design teams to develop creative assets (images, videos, ad copy) that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with social media and content teams to plan campaign calendars and promotional schedules.
Market & Competitor Research:
• Conduct ongoing research into market trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.
• Identify growth opportunities and innovative strategies to expand The Golden Theory's reach.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing fundamentals (SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising).

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings.
• Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools, stay updated on marketing trends, and pivot strategies as needed.
