Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive who is not only adept at planning and executing digital marketing strategies but also skilled in design and website development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, proficiency in design software, and experience in website management to help us grow our online footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Marketing:
• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote our products.
• Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
• Drive website traffic and acquire leads.
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Content Creation and Design:
• Create engaging and high-quality content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and other digital media using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Website Development and Management:
• Maintain and update the company website to ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Collaborate with developers to enhance website functionality and resolve any technical issues.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends to stay relevant.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Strong proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Experience with website development and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the herbs and spices industry.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Photography and video editing skills.
