Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns and Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads). You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive engagement, conversions, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and other search engines.
• Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms, ensuring optimized performance.
• Conduct detailed keyword research , create ad copies, and optimize ad performance to improve click-through rates (CTR) and return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance , generating insightful reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets across digital channels to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum results.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
• Track conversions and use analytics to understand audience behavior, refining campaigns accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in PPC advertising and Meta Ads management.
• Proficiency with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager , and others.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize bids for maximum performance.
• Creative and data-driven mindset , with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with other advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
