About the RoleWe\'re looking for a rock star to join our growing team. This role will focus on the execution and success of digital marketing activities for Nurdsoft and it\xe2\x80\x99s clients with a focus on data-driven results. They will play an integral role in the accelerated growth of our client\xe2\x80\x99s business.Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage SEO initiatives and provide regular status updates internally and to clients
• Monitor SEO performance metrics and resolve critical issues that arise
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of marketing experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Masters\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Skilled with SEO tools, such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Moz Pro, etc
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Strong creativity, analytical skills, and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
