Role Description We are hiring a full-time Digital Marketing and Sales Manager for our Pune location with flexibility for some remote work. As the Digital Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our digital marketing efforts, developing and implementing marketing strategies, generating leads, and driving sales growth. You will also collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for business growth. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being conducted in our Pune office, but with the flexibility to work remotely when needed. Qualifications Digital Marketing: Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Sales: Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. Sales Management: Experience in managing a sales team, setting sales targets, and analyzing sales data. Digital Media: Knowledge of digital media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in the financial services industry or regulatory reporting is a plus. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
