E+E Elektronik is accredited as a calibration laboratory according to EN ISO/IEC 17025, and has been appointed by the Federal Office of Metrology and Surveying as a designated institute to maintain national standards for certain measurement parameters in Austria. This is a full-time on-site role as a Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist at E+E Elektronik located in Mumbai. As a specialist in this role, the candidate will be responsible for designing and executing digital marketing campaigns and generating leads, nurture them and contribute to enhanced revenue growth for the company\'s products using both conventional and digital tools. You will establish essential buyer personas, design target groups, create customer journeys, and create appealing marketing content. Your analytical abilities will be essential in evaluating campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to maximize our marketing efforts across various sectors and geographical regions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver campaigns across multiple channels and regions (social media, email marketing, trade shows, events, and webinars, etc.) Assist in content planning and creation to support campaign activity. Create, and execute account-based marketing programs in partnership with sales teams to drive pipeline growth. Partner with sales team to ensure campaign alignment, lead management, and execution. Understand buyer personas and target marketing activities along the buying cycle. Qualifications Master\'s degree in Marketing with bachelor\'s in engineering field Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation with a proven track record of success Strong experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) Excellent planning, project management, and analytical skills to measure and report campaign performance Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks and adapt to change Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the industrial sector, is a plus Personal Skills: Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative. Able to multitask in a multicultural environment.
