Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA qualification and a passion for digital marketing, data analysis, and strategic thinking. This role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our online presence, attract new clients, and optimize conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• SEO & SEM: Implement SEO best practices and manage SEM campaigns to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape, and utilize findings to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Qualifications:

• MBA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consultancy or service-based environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
