We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Ad Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online ad campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy and Planning
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with business goals.
• Identify target audiences and determine the most effective media mix to reach them.
• Set measurable objectives and KPIs for each campaign.
• Ad Creation and Management
• Design, write, and optimize ad copy for various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visual content for ads.
• Implement A/B testing to optimize ad performance and conversion rates.
• Budget Management
• Allocate and manage advertising budgets across different platforms.
• Monitor spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis
• Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
• Analyze data to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and key metrics.
• Optimization and Continuous Improvement
• Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
• Experiment with new ad formats, platforms, and strategies to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
• Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on ad management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing online ad campaigns.
• Skills and Competencies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
