We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketer/Content Creator with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns, including ad campaigns, to promote our products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and a proven track record of driving results through effective ad management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engines, social media, and display networks.
• Ad Management: Develop and manage ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads and other relevant networks. Create ad copy, design, and targeting strategies to maximize performance.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of ad campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ROI.
• SEO & SEM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Develop SEM strategies to drive targeted traffic and conversions through paid search ads.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for ads, websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Social Media Management: Create and manage social media ad campaigns to build brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. Manage social media accounts and develop compelling content.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional offers, newsletters, and automated drip campaigns. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform ad strategies and tactics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure ad and marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
Essentials:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on ad campaign management.
• Proven experience with ad management platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads etc.) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize ad performance.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
