Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies tailored specifically for Meta platforms to maximize audience engagement.

Content Creation: Produce and curate high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that resonates with our target audience.

Scheduling & Planning: Manage content calendars and strategically schedule posts to achieve optimal reach and engagement.

Performance Analysis: Utilize Meta's analytics tools to monitor content performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all content.

Target Achievement: Drive content to meet or exceed engagement and reach targets.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of content creation experience, with a strong focus on Meta platforms.

Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Meta algorithms, best practices, and tools like Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.

Creative Skills: Strong writing, editing, and design capabilities, with a portfolio demonstrating successful content campaigns on Meta platforms.

Added Advantage: Experience in content writing is highly desirable.
