Timings : 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Days: Monday - Saturday

Language : English, Hindi, Bengali

Educational Background - Any graduate or postgraduate with relevant experience. BBA and MBA will be given preference.

Years of Experience- 1-5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Omnisend.
• Utilize Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Omnisend to execute email campaigns.
• Manage email lists, segment audiences, and ensure proper email deliverability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to create compelling email content.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
• A/B test subject lines, content, and call-to-actions to improve open rates and conversions.
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.Develop email marketing strategies.
• Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and engagement.
• Develop targeted email campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Monitor email campaign performance and generate reports on metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
• Use data insights to adjust strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
• Maintain and manage email templates, ensuring they are up-to-date and optimized for mobile devices.
• Knowledge of bidding sites (freelancer, up work etc.)
• Email List Building:Building and maintaining email lists of potential customers through various channels, including website sign-ups, events, and lead magnets.
• Content Creation: Creating compelling and engaging email content, including copywriting, visuals, and calls to action (CTAs).
• Email Design:Designing visually appealing email templates that are responsive and match the brand's identity.
• Automation: Setting up email automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Shall be able to handle the social media accounts of the company

Requirements

• Should be able to work independently
• Proven experience in the related field will be an advantage
• Extraordinary communication skills both written and verbal
• Good personality and Communication Skill
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms
• Shall be result - driven
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation and A/B testing
