Job Overview:

G-TEC Computer Education is looking for a

Digital Marketer

to manage

paid ad campaigns, in-house branding, and student training

in digital marketing concepts. The ideal candidate should be skilled in

Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and content creation

to boost brand visibility and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize

paid advertising campaigns

(Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads for G-TEC courses. Develop and implement

in-house branding strategies

, including promotional materials, social media content, and marketing creatives. Train students in

Digital Marketing concepts

such as

SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads

. Analyze

ad campaign performance, conversion rates, and audience engagement

to optimize strategies. Coordinate with designers to create

visual content

(banners, reels, posters, etc.) for promotions. Monitor competitor marketing strategies and suggest improvements. Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms. Stay updated on the latest

digital marketing trends and ad policies

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience

in digital marketing, with expertise in

Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

. Strong knowledge of

PPC advertising, conversion tracking, and audience targeting

. Experience in

social media management, branding, and content creation

. Ability to train students on

Digital Marketing fundamentals and tools

. Hands-on experience with

Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools

is a plus. Strong analytical skills to measure

campaign success and optimize ads accordingly

. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
