We are looking for a creative, analytical and Self thinking experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all digital marketing Ad campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy.
• You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Hands on experience on social media Portals like Facebook, Instagram, Snapshot, LinkdIn and Lead funnels etc.
• Creating visual concepts for promotional activities.
• Maintaining the online presence on all social media platforms.
• Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content.
• Creating and updating digital marketing reports.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Swiftly work with the management on implementing new Marketing strategies.
• Good understanding and hands-on in Direct/Traditional marketing.
• Excellent communication skills Verbal and Written is KEY
• Experience with digital marketing software.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, META Ads and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of web publishing and proficiency with SEO tools.
• Ability to work well in team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Excellent multitasking skills with highly developed attention to details.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
