Key Responsibilities:
? SEO Strategy & Implementation:
? Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve
organic search rankings and drive traffic.
? Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
? Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics,
SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
? Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
? Performance Marketing:
? Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms
(Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
? Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and report on campaign ROI.
? Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements
for better performance.
? Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create
high-performing digital assets.
? E-Commerce Platform Management:
? List and optimize products on major e-commerce platforms including Amazon,
Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio.
? Develop and implement advertising strategies on these platforms to maximize
product visibility and sales.
? Monitor and analyze performance data from these platforms to make data-driven
decisions.
? Stay informed about platform-specific updates, guidelines, and best practices.
? Data Analysis & Reporting:
? Analyze website and campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
? Prepare regular performance reports, providing actionable insights to improve
digital marketing efforts.
? Utilize data to inform and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
? Collaboration & Communication:
? Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure
cohesive digital marketing efforts.
? Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and
management.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
? 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and performance
marketing.
? Proven experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
? Strong knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
? Experience with product listing and advertising on e-commerce platforms like Amazon,
Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio.
? Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.
? A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry
trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
? Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
? Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it pertains to SEO.
