As a Digital Marketer, you will develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, attract new clients, and promote our services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and optimize our digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Create engaging content for our website, social media, and marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
• Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a recruitment or placement context.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
