Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and will be able to drive our marketing efforts to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Create and manage engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and insights to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts are cutting-edge.
• Manage the company's online reputation and engage with our audience through social media and other digital channels.
• Identify and implement new growth strategies to expand our online presence and attract new customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive lead generation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Certification).
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
