:We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue.Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns: Including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance: Assess all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights: Optimize spend and performance based on insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams: Create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability: Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies: Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends).
Skills and experience in creative content writing.
Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field; certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
