About the role As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize our online presence and maximize growth opportunities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our marketing efforts and contribute to the success of our startup. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention (typically MQLs, SQLs and SALs) Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as Google, Linkedin, social media, email, and content marketing Analyze campaign performance and website traffic data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and conversion rates Collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience and optimize in-app customer journey Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI of marketing efforts Utilize other marketing tools (like crazyegg, luckyorange, etc) to further enhance User experience on our site & app and to drive them towards desired conversion goals Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights Excellent communication and copywriting skills Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity and innovation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities Bonus Qualifications: Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or Marketo Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies Why OnlineSales.ai Startup-y .
