We seek a Digital Marketer with experience and skills to join our rapidly growing agency and team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and optimize performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and backlink strategy development to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
• Collaborate directly with US-based clients, ensuring regular updates, understanding their business goals, and delivering tailored marketing strategies that align with their needs.
• Google Ads Management: Plan, create, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube), ensuring optimal ROI through continuous optimization and A/B testing.
• Google Tag Manager (GTM): Implement and manage tracking for various platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, conversion tracking, remarketing using GTM.
• Google Analytics Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic trends, and user behavior through Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Campaign Reporting: Generate detailed reports on digital marketing campaigns, website analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously test and optimize digital marketing efforts for better conversion rates and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools.
• Elevate complex multi-quarter projects. Pitch/suggest new proposals and lead project plan, project groups, and execution.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with a strong focus on SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Expertise in SEO best practices, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and content optimization strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Video, and Shopping Ads) and campaign optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager for managing tracking and analytics implementation.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing website performance, user behavior, and conversion data.
• Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve online performance and ROI.
• Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media advertising, email marketing, CRM).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education & Experience:
1. Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. [2-5] years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and analytics.
