The prioritized responsibilities for this role will be handling, developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns promoting the organization\'s products and services. The candidate will primarily enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads and customers. Experience: 6 months-1 year Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., to maximize ROI.
Manage and oversee the company\'s social media presence, including content creation, publishing, community engagement, and social advertising.
Analyze key metrics and provide regular performance reports to optimize strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to stay ahead in the wellness and beauty industry.
Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-effective strategies that meet business objectives.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; a Master\'s degree is a plus.
