: We are looking for a digital marketing-experienced candidate to join our organization. The prioritized responsibilities for this role will be handling, developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns promoting the organization\'s products and services. The candidate will primarily enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads and customers. Experience: 6 months-1 year Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., to maximize ROI.
  • Manage and oversee the company\'s social media presence, including content creation, publishing, community engagement, and social advertising.
  • Analyze key metrics and provide regular performance reports to optimize strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to stay ahead in the wellness and beauty industry.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-effective strategies that meet business objectives.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; a Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • A digital marketing profile description may generally list the following experience requirements:
  • Excellent written skills and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Capable of identifying, attracting, and engaging target audiences
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and developments
  • Creative in devising informative, engaging, and motivational digital campaigns
  • Proficiency in using website analytics tools, ad-serving tools, and marketing software
  • Basic programming experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proven work experience as a digital marketing manager or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and inbound and outbound
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, CRM software, and content management systems.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are desirable.
