•Key Responsibilities: •

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our IT services.
• Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to resonate with them.

Content Creation:

• Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, emails, and websites.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to produce high-quality digital assets.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

SEO & SEM:

• Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
• Plan and execute paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaign effectiveness.

Email Marketing:

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing clients.
• Segment email lists and personalize content to increase open and click-through rates.

Skills

• Passion in Digital Marketing
• Must have Fluent English and experience IT services
• Understand clients requirement
• Knows how digital, social marketing, organic, and paid ads
• Expertise in Cold calling, Email marketing, and LinkedIn marketing would be an advantage
• IT service industry experience bonus
