Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns:
o Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms such
as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
o Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and objectives.
? Content Creation and Management:
o Develop engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, websites, and
email campaigns.
o Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and
external influencers to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both
key stakeholders and our audience.
? SEO and SEM:
o Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
o Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and
drive traffic to the website.
? Analytics and Reporting:
o Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using
tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media
analytics platforms.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign
performance.
? Email Marketing:
o Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters,
promotional emails, and automated workflows.
o Track and analyze email marketing metrics to optimize campaign
effectiveness.
? Social Media Management:
o Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various
platforms.
o Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and create content
that encourages interaction and engagement.
? Market Research and Trend Analysis:
o Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and
technologies.
o Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve campaign
performance.
Requirements:
? Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
? Experience:
o 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
? Skills:
o Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
o Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Ads, Google
Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
