Job Summary: The digital marketing specialist/manager/coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's products or services online. This includes managing digital advertising campaigns, social media strategy, email marketing, website optimization, and other online marketing tactics.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads or sales.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Create and manage social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth in the digital space.
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and suggest new ideas and innovations to keep the company ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, MailChimp, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills (Optional):
• Graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
• Certification in digital marketing from reputable institutions like Google, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.
