As a fresher in this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while contributing to our digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content across various social media platforms to engage and grow our online community. Content Creation: Support in developing compelling and creative content for social media posts, blogs, and other digital channels. SEO Optimization: Learn and implement basic SEO strategies to improve the visibility of our website and content in search engine results. Email Marketing: Assist in creating and sending email campaigns to our subscribers, tracking performance, and making improvements. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights and recommendations. Paid Advertising: Gain exposure to paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media, under the guidance of experienced team members. Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for digital marketing improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to support various initiatives and projects. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong passion for digital marketing with a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset and a willingness to learn.
• Enthusiastic and a team player.
