Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting, executing, and managing online marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.

Experience: 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Produce compelling and high-quality content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email newsletters.
• Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine visibility. Conduct ongoing keyword research and optimization.
• Oversee and expand our social media presence across all platforms. Develop strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Utilize analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update the company website. Collaborate with web developers to enhance site functionality and user experience.
• Work closely with sales and product development teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
