We are committed to providing personalized accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Tax Services to business owners in the USA with yearly sales revenue of $300,000 to $ 5 Million.

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various online platforms.

• 
  Technical Proficiency: Utilize technical skills to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and effectively leverage digital marketing tools and platforms. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance marketing initiatives.

• 
  Empathy and Sympathy: Understand and empathize with our target audience\'s needs, preferences, and pain points. Develop marketing strategies that resonate with their emotions and motivations, fostering meaningful connections and brand loyalty.

  Content Creation and Communication: Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills to craft compelling content for various digital channels, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements. Ensure messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand values.

  Collaborative Teamwork: Foster a collaborative work environment by effectively leading and motivating cross-functional teams. Collaborate with creative, technical, and marketing professionals to brainstorm ideas, execute campaigns, and achieve marketing objectives.

  Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing with Computer Background.
• 
  Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing or related field, preferably with a digital marketing agency.
• 
  Proficient in generating leads through marketing tools
• 
  Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
• 
  Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• 
  Strong project management skills
• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
