Job Title: Digital Marketing and Social Media We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing and Social Media candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and driving online engagement. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital trends, social media platforms, and a passion for delivering results. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads. 2.Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create engaging content, schedule posts, and respond to comments and messages promptly. 3.Create compelling content, including text, image, and video content, tailored for each social media platform. Collaborate with design and content teams as needed. 4. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster meaningful relationships with followers and influencers. 5. Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including paid advertising on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. 6. Monitor key performance metrics using analytics tools to track the success of campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to improve strategies. 7. Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management. - Proficiency with marketing automation tools and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing, PPC, social media, SEO and SEM best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Certification in digital marketing or social media is a plus.
