Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative digital marketing strategies across various channels to boost brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Lead the creation and implementation of robust digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and more, to drive traffic, increase visibility, and generate high-quality leads.
• Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization: Design and optimize lead generation campaigns through various digital channels, including creating microsites, landing pages, and engaging content that converts visitors into leads.
• Content Creation and Management: Produce compelling and engaging written, graphic, and video content tailored to the target audience. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and content creation to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
• Analyze and Report on Performance Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing efforts that align with business goals.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously research and stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, content marketing, and other digital marketing techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
