About the Role:



The Digital M&A team at Schneider Electric DTC stands at the forefront of driving technological excellence within the realm of mergers and acquisitions. As a dynamic and forward-thinking unit, our team is dedicated to leveraging digital innovation to navigate the complexities and ambiguities of M&A deals. From orchestrating seamless integrations, to implementing robust digital strategies, we are committed to enhancing Schneider Electric's global footprint and shaping the future of the organization through strategic digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities:


• Manage several simultaneous projects


• Set Prepare project management plans, create performance measurement baselines, monitor and track performance


• Interact and communicate with Project/program sponsors and key stakeholders; senior leadership in Digital and business, Business Finance leadership, Business Logistics leads, Regional Planning leads, Global and regional Functional leads, Business relationship managers, to comply with their procedures and standards


• Coordinate the tasks of various team members, manage interdependencies, and remove impediments. Lead large sized diverse, cross-functional project team through the project life cycle (right from understanding of business requirements, documenting them in a structured format, project planning, analysis (blue-print), designing of the solution to development (construction) of the IT solution, orchestrate, prepare and document the test scenarios with their test scripts in conjunction to the business and Digital teams, unit and integration test of the solution, Orchestrate and align on the User Acceptance testing, orchestrate, prepare and document the cutover strategy with respect to the master data, transactional data in conjunction with business, plan, assess and mitigate any impacts on the peripheral applications, implementation of the solution in production, hyper-care support and smooth transition to the RUN organization.


• Estimate, prepare and effectively manage project budgets (Both OPEX and CAPEX), project timelines and resource requirements for successful project delivery


• Effectively manage the engagement of external partners, tracks and reports performance. Effectively manage the procurement management for the related projects


• Tracks activities against the project plan to identify Cost and Schedule variances and takes corrective/preventive actions.
• Identifies project risks with frequency plus impact assessment and prepares mitigation plans aligned with the stakeholders. Accurate and timely reporting of the same to the steering and governance committee


• Provide weekly financial forecasts, Project Health Status to management


• Keep knowledgebase updated with the project learnings


• Excellent communication and articulation verbal and written skills


• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering a cooperative spirit and contributing to collective success.


• Drive Change management and leverage best practices providing momentum to the execution and build the trust of the team


• Manage and coordinate internal and external vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables


• Strong organization, planning and customer service skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, power-point, MS Project, and Excel


• Results oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving skills


• Influence and convince skills


• Foster cooperation and people motivation in a multi-cultural environment.


• Ability to work in ambiguity and adaptability




Requirements :


Minimum 3-5 years of work experience preferably with a strong experience of leading high stake strategic projects in ambiguous conditions. Experience in post-merger integrations/ separation projects is an added advantage.



Proficiency in Program and Project Management as well as business analysis and communication (written and verbal)



Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering a cooperative spirit and contributing to collective success.




Qualifications:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization



PG: MBA/PGDM in any specialization (full-time regular course only)
