Experience- 4 to 6 yearsShift time - 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm ISTResponsibilities-Expertise in the use of authoring tools like - Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Gomo (optional) Work closely with instructional designers, internal development team for understanding the storyboard or concepts. An understanding of the latest trends of learning technology Follow brand guidelines and create designs which are brand compliant Expertise in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) Knowledge of visual design Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Study visual storyboards and determine requirements Create themes and template designs to present ideas Ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills An understanding of the latest trends of learning technology Collaborate with project development team Knowledge of the use of authoring tools like - Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Gomo (optional) Multimedia development including interactive learning objects Review and test the graphics across various media Create designs that are accessibility compliant (visual and hearing planning) that can be incorporated into the media (using alt tags)Preferred:
1. Motion graphics skills (will be given preference)
